The "Cockerham Boers" goat herd is run as a
closed herd with a high health status. It is CAE Accredited with the Scottish
Agricultural College and fully vaccinated against Clostridial
and Johnes disease. The Cockerham Herd selects goats for
hardiness and ease of management in a farm or commercial
environment, meaning they are farm animals and are not suitable
